Description
AUDIX FIREBALL ULTRA-SMALL DYNAMIC INSTRUMENT MICROPHONE
The FireBall™ dynamic instrument microphone is intended for use with diatonic and chromatic harmonicas, as well as beatboxes. The FireBall™ is perfect for both live stage and studio recording applications because it is clear, precise, and capable of handling SPLs in excess of 140 dB without distortion.
The FireBall™ microphone provides a 50 Hz – 16 kHz smooth, uniform frequency response and a cardioid pickup pattern for isolation and feedback management. It is small, lightweight, and comfortable to hold. The FireBall™ has a finely machined aluminium body, a steel mesh grille, and a one-of-a-kind three-stage marbled anodized finish.
Because the FireBall™ cardioid instrument microphone has a low impedance, it requires a suitable low-high impedance transformer (see T50k) when used with a guitar amplifier.
Designed, machined, assembled, and tested by Audix in the USA.
