Yes, we are currently running our showroom which having some products for you to experience at Damansara Uptown, Selangor. Feel free to make an appointment to visit us.
Q. Do you provide any music production and also recording services?
We do not provide any music production or recording services at this moment. However, we can provide to you some contact and details of a recording studio that is dealing with the services that you need.
Q. How do I purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
– Please send an email to our customers service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
– Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q. What is the product’s transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Malaysia Ringgit RM.
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
We operate the shipping from our multiple warehouse in local as well as oversea therefore the time will be vary. However, the delivery usually will takes about 3 to 10 working days excluding sundays/public holidays.
Q. No tracking information on the courier page. What can I do?
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 – 48 hours after the tracking number provided.
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.
Q. I ordered multiple items, but I only receive ONE (1), where are my other items?
If you ordered different item in one order then you may receive your item in separate parcels, this is because we operate our products from multiple warehouse. Please check the order invoices from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.
Feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item’s name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.
Q. Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. We will try our best to schedule deliveries according to your demand. You may coordinate with our courier partner once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to your preference.
However, we do not recommend any urgent order as we have standard time frame for order processing and shipment.
Q. Can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are affected by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s delivery schedule in your location. Your understanding is deeply appreciated.
