Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping package as received.

If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. MRH Audio Sdn Bhd will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a acceptable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defective.

 

You are entitled for a Refund if:

  • Your product is deemed to be faulty/malfunctioned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • There is no replacement parts available by our manufacturers.

You are entitled for a New Unit Replacement if:

  • Your product is deemed to be faulty/malfunctioned within 3 days from the date of purchase.

You are entitled for a Repair Service if:

  • Your product is deemed to be faulty/malfunctioned more than 3 days from the date of purchase.

 

If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund to you as soon as possible.
