As per agreement, MRH Audio Sdn Bhd will be using Aramex, DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, Pgeon and Pos Laju/Pos Malaysia as our official courier partners.
- Kindly provide us your correct shipment information within 2 days from the date of your order if you found out any discrepancy or mistake from the submitted shipping information.
- MRH Audio Sdn Bhd do not liable for the next shipping cost of any returning goods due to false information provided / receiver do not acknowledge the receiving of goods within the time frame given by the couriers.
- In case you need any special arrangement for your shipment, you can contact our support team to make the arrangement for you.
Processing Duration
As we operate multiple warehouse locations all offering our free delivery service, thus shipping times may vary for each.
Order Processing: 2 Days
Local Order Processing: 1 Days to 10 Working Days (Excluding Sunday & Order Processing Day)
International Order Processing: 3 Days to 21 Working Days (Excluding Sunday & Order Processing Day)
Pre-order/Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
Shipping Rate
- Free Shipping only valid within Malaysia.
- Customer will be informed for the total amount of the shipping charges upon cart check out.
- Shipping rate is varied between West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
- MRH Audio Sdn Bhd reserved the right to any initiation/cancellation of the Free Shipping service for our products and services.
- MRH Audio Sdn Bhd is liable for the shipping cost of returning back the good which is still under Warranty to the customer.
- MRH Audio Sdn Bhd reserved the right to the modification of shipping charges under special circumstances such as rate changes from our courier partners, changes in the size and weight of the item packaging and etc.
